When everyone from the Wilsons had retreated and the villa returned to its initial tranquility, Hannah finally eased up a bit.

She took a medical kit from her house to check Ethan's injuries, but to her surprise, he had no external wounds!

“Enough, you don't need to do anything. I was only deceiving that guy earlier; he isn't strong enough to harm me." Ethan understood the mysterious aura's power well, not explaining much to Hannah.

Hannah asked Ethan with a concerned look, "Aren't all of you from the same family? why would they treat you like this?”

"In the end, it's all because of greed. I don't want to talk about the Wilson family; let's talk about you instead. You saw that the Wilsons and I are now fighting each other toe-to-toe. I know the Wilson family is just a rumor to you, but what you saw earlier is only a small part of it! If you're worried about getting dragged into this, we can end our previous cooperation." Ethan sighed and then changed the subject to remind her.

“What do you take me for? If I was afraid of that, I wouldn't have come here just now!" she immediately showed her dissatisfaction, furrowing her eyebrows as he said that.

"Aren't you afraid of the Wilson family?" Ethan examined Hannah.

“Of course, I am! Even before I met you, I didn't mnuch about them, only that they're behind Cloud Group! However, I have my principles when doing things, and I have confidence in you!" Hannah earnestly explained.She didn't know where her confidence came from. Perhaps from the sense of security Ethan gave her with his previous actions?

Although she was a powerful woman in the business world,a failed marriage had left her feeling extremely insecure. The safety she desired seemed to be with this man!

"You should return first and quickly finalize your partnership with Beckett.I believe that soon the Wilsons will come after me, and they won't spare your company either!” Ethan glanced at Hannah for a moment and told her seriously.

“Are you really alright?" she still had some concerns, but with his insistence, she could only go home with the medical kit.

For Hannah, this night might be a sleepless one.

It was also the same for Brady and even the entire Wilson family.

Just returning to the ward, Tim angrily asked when he saw Beverly walk in,“Beverly, why didn't you kill Ethan just now? Are you colluding with that bastard we exiled?”

“I'm warning you, Tim. I'm not your subordinate! Don't forget that I saved you just now!" her face was cold as she straightforwardly reminded him without any politeness.

“I was just curious,why did you let him go...”

"Why did you let that guy escape!” Tim realized that his tone was off and forced himself to speak properly, suppressing the anger in his heart.

She responded disdainfully,“It's nothing strange. After all, even Mike is no match for him. Do you think my men could do anything to Ethan?”

Hearing this, Tim immediately lost his temper because she was stating the truth!

"This Mike, he even has the nerve to call himself a master. I think he's just a waste!" Angry with nowhere to vent, Tim immediately directed his fury toward MMike.

"If it weren't for him, you would've been dead by now! You better stay put and not provoke Ethan again. Otherwise, I won't be able to save you next time!” Beverly warned before turning and leaving.

"Where are you going?”Tim quickly asked.

“I'm going to call Elder Brady. I need to report tonight's events to him!” Beverly said and left without looking back.
